The platform is built on a **Node.js (Express) backend**, a **PostgreSQL database**, and a **real-time Socket.io layer**, with a **Flutter mobile application** for users and **React-based dashboards** for administrators, employees, and service offices. The backend follows a clean MVC-based architecture and enforces **strict role-based access control (RBAC)** to ensure secure, reliable, and controlled system behavior. Service Plus emphasizes **workflow correctness, transparency, and operational reliability**. Each service request follows a clearly defined lifecycle (pending, forwarded, accepted, processing, completed, rejected, canceled), with instant real-time updates and push notifications delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Media files and attachments are securely stored using **Google Cloud Storage** with signed URL access. In a later enhancement phase, the platform was extended with an **AI-assisted component** designed to support controlled information retrieval rather than open-ended chatbot behavior. This module uses a **Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)** approach, where domain-specific content is chunked, embedded using OpenAI embedding APIs, and stored in **pgvector within PostgreSQL**. Retrieval and response orchestration are handled through **n8n workflows**, ensuring that AI outputs remain restricted to authorized system knowledge and predefined operational scope.

Mataf is a modern platform designed to manage and showcase Umrah and hotel packages, built on a solid technical foundation with a completely refreshed user experience. The app focuses on simplicity, clarity, and value, highlighting offers and packages that matter most to users. Mataf enables users to browse featured deals, explore the most in-demand packages, book Umrah and hotel packages, choose VIP options, make secure online payments, receive real-time notifications, and rate their experience with ease. The platform also includes a powerful admin panel for managing users, packages, offers, hotels, pricing, orders, and reviews, with flexible permissions and a scalable structure for future growth. Umrah offices can easily create and manage packages, set pricing, launch special offers, and handle bookings through a clear and organized system. Mataf is offered as a standalone experience with a new identity, while maintaining the stability of existing systems. It delivers a modern Umrah booking experience focused on simplicity, offers, and real value, supported by a scalable and future-ready technical architecture.

Neuronhat is a Flutter-based project and company management application designed for organizations and teams. It supports two account types: organization accounts with an admin control panel and employee accounts with invitation-based access. The app combines real-time communication and task management, offering group and department chats with text, voice calls, and video meetings. Tasks can be created, tracked through multiple statuses, and linked directly to chats and control panels. User profiles include social media links. The backend is built with Node.js (Express) and PostgreSQL, providing full CRUD support for departments, groups, employees, and related entities.

Umrah Go is a comprehensive multi-role Flutter application for managing Umrah trips and related services in Saudi Arabia. It includes admin tools for managing accounts, roles, bookings, and complaints; user features for browsing, booking, and rating Umrah packages; Umrah office tools for campaign and package creation; and bus operator tools for fleet, route, and location management. The app integrates real-time chat, notifications, and interactive maps.

Jaawer is a privacy- and safety-focused roommate matching application designed to help users find compatible roommates or shared housing. It provides profile-based matching using preferences such as budget and location, advanced search and filtering, in-app chat, ratings and reviews, and a mutual understanding form to support roommate agreements. The app features a clean, card-based user interface and is currently under development.

Taiba Go is a multilingual Flutter application for tourism and Umrah trip booking in Makkah and Madinah. It enables users to browse available trips, make reservations, and manage bookings within Saudi Arabia. The app uses Firebase for authentication and real-time data handling and integrates REST APIs for secure transactions and reservation management, with a strong focus on accessibility and smooth user experience.
